How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation from Mini Bambinos once your order has been shipped. It will contain your shipping details, including the tracking number of your order.

Can I make adjustments or changes to my order?

You can no longer make adjustments or changes to your order once it has been placed. Unless the processing has already started, you may choose to cancel your order.

Can I purchase from your physical store?

Unfortunately, you can only purchase products from our official store.

You may sign up for our newsletter, though, for further updates about Mini Bambino.

How long should I wait for my order?

- Processing Time is between 3-5 business days for all orders

- Shipping Time is between 7-14 days

Does international orders incur price changes?

The prices of international orders are based on your country's exchange rates. Accordingly, it may cause minimal changes over time due to fluctuation.

What are your payment methods?

MiniBambinos accept all major credit cards.

We also accept payments made via PayPal and Apple Pay.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not allow the exchange of orders in Mini Bambinos.

We, however, process returns and refunds, including international orders.

How do I return my order?

Return requests must be placed within 14 days of receiving the item/s.

The item/s must have the original tags, and they must be placed properly in the original pouch.

While we accept returns, we do not refund the cost of shipping.

My order gets returned, what should I do?

If your orders get returned to us, please contact Mini Bambinos at support@minibambinos.com.

We will gladly arrange all necessary actions to have your orders re-shipped to your address. We do not, however, shoulder the reshipping fees.

How long should I wait for my refund?

It should take seven (7) to ten (10) business days for our Return and Refund Department to complete your request. You may also check your refund tracking details to monitor the process.

If the refunded amount does not reflect on your account after this time frame, please feel free to contact us.

Will I get a full refund?

Mini Bambinos offer full refunds as store credit for the ordered and returned items. However, the fees paid for the shipping, sales taxes, and customs are non-refundable.

My order is damaged/defective, what should I do?

Mini Bambinos always ensure the quality of the items we sell and ship.But, on the rare occasion that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@minibambinos.com and provide the following details:

• Your order number

• Brief description of the damage or defect

• Clear photos of the item/s

How do you ensure my privacy?

Mini Bambinos ensures the privacy, safety, and security of its consumers and customers.

We keep all information confidential, and at no point that we intend to rent or sell your personal details.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

As much as we dislike disconnecting with our customers, you are still free to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

Click the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of our emails.

You may also send us an email and make the request. Our customer service team will do the process for you.
