Returning An Order

Mini Bambinos accepts order returns as long as clients and customers follow the necessary steps and directions.

Every consumer has 14 calendar days to return an item. The number of days will start on the date when you receive your order.
While Mini Bambinos allows such transactions, returns can only be successful if the item/s are UNUSED. It should also be in the same condition as it is upon receiving it.

The item/s should not have any scratch, dent, or damage. This also applies to the original pouches and bags.
We only accept returns when the products are in their original pouch. Tags must also be included, and the whole order should be in its original packaging.
Every consumer should also attach the original receipt or any valid proof of purchase. Anything otherwise, Mini Bambinos will process and accept the return.
Note: Mini Bambinos will not shoulder nor refund the shipping fees.

Returning A Defective/Damaged Order

When you receive a defective or damaged order, the whole process remains the same. But, before Mini Bambinos proceed with the processing of the return, ensure to raise the concern/s first with our Customer Service Team.
Contact and send an email at support@minibambinos.com with the following details:

  • The order number
  • The details of the defective order/s or item/s
  • Photos of the product/s
  • Note: Our Customer Service and Production Teams will review the request before proceeding with the return process. You will receive a confirmation once the return request has been accepted.

    Refunds

     

    Mini Bambinos offer full refunds for customers and clients, permitting that all requirements have been met.

    A refund request will start the process once we received the returned item/s. Our Quality Assurance and Production Teams will inspect and review the products.

    During this time, you will receive a confirmation from our Customer Service Team. You will receive another notification to update you about the status of your request.

    Once approved, Mini Bambinos will initiate a full refund. The amount will be refunded as store credit.

    The entire refund process will take seven (7) to ten (10) business days. During this period, you may utilize your refund tracking details to monitor the status.
    Note: While Mini Bambinos offer full refunds, the total amount will not include the sales taxes, shipping fees, and custom-related charges.
